Matt Pruitt (founder/director)
Matt's inquiry into the sasquatch phenomenon began with an encounter that occurred in the mountains of Northeast Georgia in 1999. He began collecting historical data and interviewing witnesses in Northeast Georgia in 2002, and subsequently began conducting field research in 2004. Since that time, he has done extensive field research around the country, and has had a handful of compelling experiences over the years.
He conducts active field research in the Southern Appalachians, the Cumberland Plateau, the Highland Rim, the Ohio River Valley, and the Shawnee Hills.
Matt is also a member of the North American Wood Ape Conservancy (NAWAC).
